PLAN YOUR VISIT

When is the 2026 Neurodivergence Wellbeing Conference? 

NWC 2026 will commence on Monday 28 September and conclude on Tuesday 29 September 2026. 

Where is the conference located? 

The conference will be hosted at the RACV Royal Pines Resort located on the Gold Coast, Queensland

Which is the best airport if travelling via Air? 

The Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is located 35 kilometres from the conference venue RACV Royal Pines Resort. Alternatively, Brisbane Airport (BNE) is approx. 90km away from the venue.

Is parking available at the conference venue? 

RACV Royal Pines Resort has complimentary parking. Securely park your car in their underground car park, located directly underneath the hotel tower.

For those with electric vehicles, there are charging stations available with Chargefox type 2 EV chargers, available to all guest for a fee.

Is there a dress code for the conference? 

The dress code is smart casual. 

ACCOMMODATION

As a delegate, do I receive a discounted rate for accommodation while attending? 

All delegates attending NWC receive an exclusive discounted rate at the conference hotel. Rates start at $295+ per room, per night and includes breakfast. To book this exclusive rate, click the link here.

What time is check in available at the hotel? 

Hotel check in is 3:00pm, with check out at 11:00am 

Guests will be required to provide a physical debit or credit card upon check in to cover incidentals. Digital Wallet payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported at the Resort during check-in and check-out process. A $100.00 bond per night will be held against the card as a pre-authorisation. If a credit card cannot be supplied, then a $100 cash (or eftpos) bond per night will be required with photo identification. 

Accommodation accounts must be settled with the hotel on checkout. The Committee and/or Conference Secretariat are not responsible in any way for outstanding accommodation accounts. 

Can I store my luggage at the venue after hotel check out? 

Yes, if you have stayed onsite at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, the hotel concierge will store your luggage until after the conference has finished at 5:00pm. Otherwise, please see the conference reception desk for other options. 

REGISTRATIONS

What does my registration include? 

Your in-person delegate registration to the Neurodivergence Wellbeing Conference includes the following:  

  • All keynote presentations 
  • All concurrent presentations 
  • Discounted accommodation rates 
  • Access to our conference app 
  • 5 star conference catering package  
  • Access to exclusive networking functions 
  • Complete online access to audio and visual presentations for 30 days post-event 
  • Printed conference materials 
  • Over 10 hours towards CPD points 
  • Your personalised certificate of attendance 

I can’t afford the registration price. Do you have discounts or scholarships?

  • We offer student discounts. When registering, if you upload you Student ID or proof of enrolment the student rate will be available.
  • Scholarships will be available after program launch April 30th and will be open until 19th June 2026. After review, notifications will be sent out to successful candidates no later than 26th June.

I am unable to attend in person! Do you offer virtual registrations? 

We understand that sometimes it is not possible for delegates to attend in person so we are offering a virtual option, Our virtual registration includes the below: 

  • Live streaming of all keynote presenters 
  • Live streaming of all sessions in the plenary room over the three-day conference period 
  • Virtual presentations 
  • Complete online access to audio and visual presentations for 30 days* 
  • Over 10 hours towards CPD points 
  • Your personalised certificate of attendance 

I want to bring a colleague or team to the conference, are any discounts available? 

If you would like your colleagues or team to experience NWC, we have group rates available.

Where do I collect my name badge? 

Please collect your name badge from the registration desk and wear it each day as it is your official pass to all sessions, exhibition, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and the social function. 

When can I visit the conference registration desk? 

The conference registration desk will be located in the Royal Benowa Foyer of the RACV Royal Pines Resort. The hours of operation are as follows:

Monday 28 September       7:30am – 5:00pm 

Tuesday 29 September       8:00am – 4:30pm 

I can no longer attend! Can I transfer my registration to my colleague? 

If you are unable to attend NWC, we can offer name changes up to 1 week prior to the conference. Please email through your changes to nwc@anzmh.asn.au

 

 

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

What time does the conference commence? 

The conference program will run on Queensland AEST time and will commence at 8:30am, Monday 28 September 2026.

How do I know when or where someone is speaking? 

We have now launched our conference program and are very excited for you to experience our great lineup of speakers. To view our most current program, please click the link here: Program

Will recordings of sessions be available after the event? 

As part of your conference registration, you receive access to the 2026 Neurodivergence Wellbeing Conference Resource Centre. This online library includes presentation slides and video recordings of all sessions excluding masterclass's which can be viewed on demand for 30 days. Your login details will be sent to you via email approximately five business days after the conference.

EXHIBITION

Can I apply for an exhibitor showcase at Neurodivergence Wellbeing 2026? 

Our showcase positions are always available (till their not…) but if your organisation would like additional leverage or exposure, please contact Jacqui D’Ath, Business Partnerships Manager on jacqui@anzmh.asn.au for a sponsorship prospectus. You may wish to maximise your involvement with one of our partnership packages, exhibition, and presenter showcase options, or advertise in one of our print or digital mediums. We would be delighted to hear from you or your marketing team.
