Founded through a tripartite partnership between Maatua Whāngai o Kirikiriroa, Specialist Education Services, and Te Kohao Health, KFST delivers free, home-based support services guided by the vision Tamariki Tū Tamariki Ora — that children stand strong and live well. Services include early intervention through Family Start, transitional housing, early childhood education support, and youth and whānau wellbeing programmes.
