Akeyulerre Healing Centre is an Arrernte-led, Aboriginal community-controlled organisation in Mparntwe (Alice Springs). Founded by Arrernte Elders, Akeyulerre was created as a place where culture can be practised, celebrated, and passed on to future generations. Through four interconnected areas, community & youth programs, family
support, social enterprise, and cultural services, we support healing, strengthen cultural identity, and create pathways for community wellbeing. Guided by Elders and cultural knowledge holders, we believe that culture is not only something to preserve, but something that continues to heal, connect, and empower people every day.

Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust (KFST) has been serving whānau across the Waikato and Waipa regions since 1999. Founded through a tripartite partnership between Maatua Whāngai o Kirikiriroa, Specialist Education Services, and Te Kohao Health, KFST delivers free, home-based support services guided by the vision Tamariki Tū Tamariki Ora — that children stand strong and live well. Services include early intervention through Family Start, transitional housing, early childhood education support, and youth and whānau wellbeing programmes. Rooted in a belief that thriving tamariki strengthen whānau and communities, KFST walks alongside families with wrap-around, culturally grounded care that places children at the centre.

Yardhura Walani is Ngunnawal for strong, healthy place. Our guiding principle is to be in service to Mob. We focus on the most significant health and wellbeing factors that impact Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ lives including, culture, racism, tobacco, cancer, and chronic disease. Partnering with communities across Australia, our work informs national policy and supports community programs and services to strengthen the wellbeing of Mob. We offer university student placements, curriculum development, and on Country training courses, educating and celebrating an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce for our future. We are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led and governed, based at The Australian National University.

headspace provides health and wellbeing support that is youth-friendly and free or low cost for young people aged 12–25 through 150+ centres across metropolitan, regional and remote areas. Each year, approximately 10,000 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people access headspace services. These services include mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug use, work and study, and digital and phone support. The First Nations Wellbeing and Engagement division drives cultural capability and the embedding of culturally safe and responsive care across the headspace network – to strengthen trust, accessibility, engagement, and wellbeing and healing for First Nations young people, families and communities.
