The CAMH26 Program Committee welcomes your contribution to the 2026 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference.

This space is designed to support you as you prepare for and manage your presentation and/or poster display. To ensure you’re fully prepared, please refer to the Briefing Notes for each presentation style, available via the links below. These notes provide essential guidelines and expectations tailored to your presentation format, helping you deliver a smooth and impactful session.

Please bring your PowerPoint Presentation on a USB stick to the conference with you. Once you have registered, you will be directed to the Speaker’s Prep to upload your presentation.

Your presentation is required at speaker’s prep at least 2 hours prior to the start of your presentation block. For Tuesday & Wednesday morning sessions, please ensure your presentation is submitted to the speaker’s prep the afternoon prior.

Speaker’s prep is available during the following hours:

Please ensure you bring a printed copy of your presentation notes as these may not be able to be viewed on screen, and we are unable to print these onsite.

Session Chair

Each stream has a Session Chair who is responsible for introducing you, keeping your presentation to time and will assist with Q&A. Please make yourself known to your Session Chair at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your presentation stream. They will be positioned at the front of the room and their name can be found in the program.

POSTER DISPLAYS

When you arrive at the conference, please advise the team at the registration desk that you have a poster to display. You will be directed to where you need to set up your poster for display. A dedicated area for poster displays has been allocated in the Royal Benowa Foyer.

We have dedicated time during the morning tea break on day 3 for delegates to meet poster authors and discuss the poster and ask questions. Please be present at your poster during this break.

Please note you are required to bring your own stationery to set up your poster (double-sided velcro, pins or double-sided tape works best). Please ensure you remove your poster by 4:00pm on Wednesday 18 March. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any posters left behind.

Reminder: your poster needs to be PORTRAIT orientation.

Virtual Poster

Please send a pdf of your poster (max size 5mb) to camh@anzmh.asn.au by Thursday 5 March if you would like to display your poster online for virtual delegates to access.
