The following information is provided to make your attendance at the 2026 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference as enjoyable as possible. If you require assistance, please visit the conference team at the registration desk.

                                                           

Venue & Parking

 

RACV Royal Pines Resort

Ross Street, Benowa, Gold Coast, QLD

 

Complimentary self-parking is available at the resort (subject to availability)

 

Registration and Information Desk

 

The registration desk will be located in the Royal Benowa Foyer of the RACV Royal Pines Resort. The hours of operation are as follows:

 

Monday 16 March        

12:00pm – 5:00pm        

 

Tuesday 17 March       

8:00am – 5:00pm          

 

Wednesday 18 March                              

8:00am – 4:00pm          

 

Conference Program

 

The full conference program with details of each session including time, location, presentation overview, key learnings and speaker biography is available here.

 

We suggest downloading the conference app for access to the most current version of the program. If any last-minute changes are made to the program, these will be reflected in the online program available via the app.

Name Badge

 

Please collect your name badge from the registration desk when you check in on the first day, The conference has a no name badge, no entry policy and your name badge must be worn at all times during the conference.

 

Wi-Fi

 

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet will be available throughout the conference.

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent while in conference sessions.

The dress code is smart casual.

Catering & Special Diets

 

All catering breaks will be served in the Royal Benowa Foyer. A dedicated buffet will be available for delegates with pre-arranged special dietary requirements. Please make yourself known to the RACV Royal Pines team and they will assist. 
Please note: lunch will not be included on day 1 (Monday).

 

Accommodation

 

Accommodation accounts must be settled with the hotel on checkout. The Committee and/or Conference Secretariat are not responsible in any way for outstanding accommodation accounts.

 

OnAIR Virtual Access

 

Included in your registration is access to OnAIR, the virtual conference online portal where you can join the sessions highlighted in pink on the program virtually.

 

Plus, you can meet with exhibitors and connect with other local, interstate and international delegates in the meeting hub. We encourage you to log-in, update your profile and familiarise yourself with the software prior to the conference.

 

The OnAIR portal works best if you access it via Google Chrome.

 

Login details will be sent to you approximately one week prior to the conference.   

 

Resource Centre

 

All delegates will receive access to the 2026 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference presentation recordings. This online library includes presentation slides and video recordings that can be watched on demand for 30 days. Your login details will be sent to you via email approximately five business days after the conference.
