To support your conference preparation, we have compiled answers to frequently asked questions below. 

Venue & Parking

The official Conference Venue is the RACV Royal Pines Resort located on the Gold Coast. 

Address    2 Ross Street, Benowa QLD 4217

The venue offers free, secure, undercover parking directly beneath the hotel tower for guests. As well as additional outdoor overflow parking and electric vehicle charging stations.  

Airport Transfers

If you are flying in, the closest airport is Gold Coast Airport, which is approximately a 30-minute drive to RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is around a one-hour drive from the venue.

Taxis and Uber services are available at both airports. If you prefer to use public transport, we recommend planning your journey via the Translink website to find the most suitable route to the resort.

We have organised a return airport transfer to the Gold Coast Airport following the conclusion of the conference on Thursday 28 May at 4:15pm for $25.00. If you wish to book a ticket, please contact us at addictionz@anzmh.asn.au.

Wednesday 27 May

7:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday 28 May 

8:00am - 4:00pm

Wi-Fi

Complimentary wi-fi will be available to delegates at the venue. 

Catering

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided to delegates on each day of the conference. Catering will be served in the Royal Benowa Foyer.

On-Site Counsellors 

During the conference, if you feel the need to speak to someone, we will have a counsellor available onsite.

Session Recordings 

All conference sessions (excluding workshops) will be recorded and made available to delegates in a Resource Gallery within five business days post event.
