Presenter Portal

The IMHC25 Program Committee welcomes your contribution to the 2025 International Mental Health Conference.

This space is designed to support you as you prepare for and manage your presentation. To ensure you’re fully prepared, please refer to the Briefing Notes for each presentation style, available in the links below. These notes provide essential guidelines and expectations tailored to your presentation format, helping you deliver a smooth and impactful session.

PowerPoint Presentation and Speaker’s Prep

Please bring your PowerPoint Presentation on a USB-A stick to the conference with you. Once you have registered, you will be directed to the Speaker’s Prep to upload your presentation.

Your presentation is required at speaker’s prep at least 2 hours prior to the start of your presentation block. For Thursday morning sessions, please ensure your presentation is submitted to the speaker’s prep the afternoon prior.

Speaker’s prep is available during the following hours:

Wednesday 4 June         7:30am – 5:00pm

Thursday 5 June             8.00am – 3:00pm

Please ensure you bring a printed copy of your presentation notes as these may not be able to be viewed on screen.

Session Chair

Each stream has a Session Chair who is responsible for introducing you, keeping your presentation to time and will assist with Q&A. Please make yourself known to your Session Chair at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your presentation stream. They will be positioned at the front of the room and their name can be found in the program.
