The following information is provided to make your attendance at the 2026 HER Mind HER Health Conference as pleasant as possible. If you require support, please visit the conference team at the registration desk.

When is the HER Mind, HER Health Conference taking place?

The HER Mind, HER Health Conference will be held from Monday 31 August to Tuesday 1 September 2026.

Where is the conference being held?

The conference will take place at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, located in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

What is the closest airport to the venue?

Gold Coast Airport is the closest airport, offering convenient access to the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

The airport is approximately 30 kilometres from the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, with taxis, rideshare services, and transfers readily available.

Brisbane Airport is an alternative option, located approximately 80 kilometres from the venue.

Is parking available at the venue?

On-site paid parking is available at the resort for delegates.

ACCOMMODATION

Are discounted accommodation rates available for delegates?

Delegates attending HER Mind, HER Health 2026 will have access to an exclusive discounted accommodation rate at the conference venue.

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00pm, and check-out is 11:00am.

All accommodation accounts must be settled directly with the hotel upon departure. The Conference Organisers are not responsible for any outstanding charges.

Is luggage storage available after check-out?

Yes, the hotel concierge can store your luggage securely until after the conference concludes.

REGISTRATIONS

Where do I collect my name badge?

Name badges can be collected from the registration desk upon arrival. Please wear your badge at all times, as it provides access to all sessions, catering, and networking functions.

What are the registration desk opening hours?

The registration desk will be located in the conference foyer.

Opening hours:
Monday 31 August: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday 1 September: 7:45am – 5:00pm

What is included in my registration?

Are group bookings available?

Yes, group rates are available for organisations wishing to attend together.

Can I transfer my registration if I am unable to attend?

Registrations may be transferred to another delegate up to one week prior to the event.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Are there any guidelines for mobile phone use?

To ensure a respectful environment for all attendees, please keep mobile phones on silent during sessions.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is smart casual or relaxed business attire.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

What time does the conference program commence?

The conference program will commence at 8:30am (AEST) on Monday 31 August 2026.

How can I view the conference program?

The full program will be available online prior to the event.

A venue map will also be provided to assist with navigation.

Will session recordings be available?

All conference sessions (excluding workshops) will be recorded and made available to delegates in a Resource Gallery within five business days post event.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes, the program includes a range of opportunities for delegates to connect and engage throughout the event.

CATERING

What catering is provided?

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be served daily in the exhibition and networking area.

All dietary requirements provided during registration will be catered for. If you have any concerns, please speak with venue staff during the event.

EXHIBITION

Are exhibition opportunities available?

Exhibition opportunities are limited and curated to align with the HER Mind, HER Health experience.
