Guided Breathwork and Ice Bath Experience

Overview

The breathwork and ice bath experience will comprise of the Wim Hof Method - it's a way of helping to reset the nervous system and help shift emotions through your body as well as strengthen the immune system. Ice baths are up to 2 minutes per person. This technique focuses on training and strengthening the nervous system by a process science explains as hormesis. Exposing your body to small amounts of stress to produce adaptation to increase resilience and bodies ability to handle stress.  Take the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and access new levels of life. You will create a beautiful connection with your fellow delegates, fostering community and bonding at a deeper level. To help our instructor plan the best session and to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants, bookings are essential.
