AddictionZ 2025 prioritises accessibility and inclusivity for our attendees. If you have requirements outside of the below, we encourage you to reach out to the secretariat so we can ensure your involvement with us is enjoyable.

Online Accessibility

For remote and unwell participants, we provide seamless access to the conference through live streaming of plenary sessions and post-conference recordings of all concurrent sessions (please note, due to the nature of interaction of masterclasses, unfortunately these will not be available as recording post conference).

Mask Support

Encouraging mask wearing, complimentary masks are available at the registration desk to ensure a safe environment.

Microphone Mandate

To facilitate inclusive participation, the use of microphones is mandatory for all speakers and audience interactions.

Venue

JW Marriott Resort & Spa ensures wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, and step-free access throughout the premises.

Onsite Counselling

A trained counsellor is available onsite and online to provide support and maintain a secure environment for all attendees.

Varied Seating Options

Different seating arrangements are available to cater to diverse comfort needs throughout the conference – please let us know if alternative seating arrangements are required.

Self-Care Activities

Attendees are encouraged to unwind and participate in our self care activities held onsite. Further details to be released soon. 

Respectful Environment

Presenters are equipped with Safe Talk guidelines, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere conducive to meaningful conversations.
