Aussie Helpers is a grassroots Australian charity dedicated to supporting rural and regional families doing it tough. We provide practical assistance including food hampers, prepaid fuel cards, financial counselling referrals, and wellbeing support to help ease pressure during hardship. Working closely with local communities, we respond quickly and respectfully to individual needs, ensuring help reaches those who need it most. Young People (YP) with mental health difficulties are more likely to disengage from work or study. headspace Work & Study Online connects YP with dedicated Work & Study Specialists who provide tailored support via phone, video or webchat to achieve their vocational goals.
The service supports YP in areas such as finding work, exploring study and education options, identifying career pathways or support with existing work or study.
YP can also access resources, connect with peers through dedicated group chats and receive support from mental health clinicians if required.

Stride Mental Health provides services to support people at all stages of their mental health journey. This includes early intervention services designed to support children, young people and adults at-risk of developing mental health conditions through services for people with ongoing and complex needs.
