UnitingCare is a leading Queensland not-for-profit that supports people across health, aged care, family, disability, mental health, and community services. Its Farmer-to-Farmer program strengthens rural mental health through peer-based support delivered by people with lived farming experience. Supporting farmers, agricultural workers, and their families, the program helps address challenges including isolation, climate variability, and financial stress. By building trusted connections, encouraging early help-seeking, and linking people with local services, Farmer-to-Farmer improves wellbeing and strengthens the resilience of rural communities.

Stride Mental Health provides services to support people at all stages of their mental health journey. This includes early intervention services designed to support children, young people and adults at-risk of developing mental health conditions through services for people with ongoing and complex needs. Wherever people are in their journey, we provide personalised, quality support and work with them to create the life they want.

yourtown is a trusted provider of services for children and young people, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing, suicide prevention and child safety. Kids Helpline, powered by yourtown, is Australia’s only free and confidential, 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 – 25. Over the past 35 years Kids Helpline has directly responded to more than 9 million contacts across its platforms with millions more accessing online resources and the Kids Helpline @ School program.

Young People (YP) with mental health difficulties are more likely to disengage from work or study. headspace Work & Study Online connects YP with dedicated Work & Study Specialists who provide tailored support via phone, video or webchat to achieve their vocational goals.
The service supports YP in areas such as finding work, exploring study and education options, identifying career pathways or support with existing work or study.
YP can also access resources, connect with peers through dedicated group chats and receive support from mental health clinicians if required.

Aussie Helpers is a grassroots Australian charity dedicated to supporting rural and regional families doing it tough. We provide practical assistance including food hampers, prepaid fuel cards, financial counselling referrals, and wellbeing support to help ease pressure during hardship. Working closely with local communities, we respond quickly and respectfully to individual needs, ensuring help reaches those who need it most. Our mission is to keep farmers on the land, strengthen resilience, and support mental health in the bush.
