The following information is provided to make your attendance at the 2022 Indigenous Wellbeing Conference as pleasant as possible. If you require support, please visit the conference team at the registration desk.

Registration and Information Desk

The registration desk is located at the Adelaide Oval. The hours of operation are as follows:

Monday 24 October 7:00am – 5:45pm
Tuesday 25 October 7:00am – 4:45pm

Please ensure you collect your name badge from the registration desk and wear it each day.

Accommodation

Accommodation accounts must be settled with the hotel on checkout. The Committee and/or Conference Secretariat are not responsible in any way for outstanding accommodation accounts.

Car Parking

The venue recommends parking in the Wilson East Car Park, accessed from King William Road. A special function rate of $17.00 per car can be offered (subject to change), delegates will need to get their ticket validated before they leave the function room to receive this rate, or they will be subject to the public rate which could be $24+ per car. There is limited ticketed street car parking nearby and some delegates may park their car park at a car park on North Terrace, walk over the Riverbank footbridge and then enter from the Telstra Plaza, just off War Memorial Drive.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available for all delegates.

Mobile Phones

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent while in sessions.

Networking Function

The Networking function will be held on Monday 24 October from 4:45pm – 5:45pm, directly after the conference and among the exhibitors. Canapes, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be served.

Resource Centre

As part of your conference registration, you receive access to the 2022 Indigenous Wellbeing Conference presentation recordings. This online library includes presentation slides and video recordings that can be watched on demand for 30 days post-event. Your login details will be sent to you via email approximately 5 business days after the conference. Please note workshops are not included in the Resource Centre recordings.
