Organisational Responses to the Shadow Pandemic: Lessons Learned from Alphabet
Abstract
The Campus Assessment Response & Education (C.A.R.E.) Program is a global Alphabet initiative tasked with preventing and mitigating the risk of harm to our workforce and workplace. This presentation will provide an overview of our support-focused, evidence-based approach to assisting survivors of domestic violence in the workplace, and how we have adapted to protect and manage a remote global workforce through the pandemic. This will include a review of trends, lessons learned from the pandemic, and a snapshot of our efforts in raising awareness and educating frontline support staff, managers, and the workforce at large.
