Codes 4 Life program reconnects Aboriginal men with their cultural identity, community, and responsibilities. It is an Indigenous community-based program sponsored by the federal government. The program is designed to lead positive change in men's behaviour, and to increase leadership aspirations and capability. The workshop-based program aims to create a safe space for men to engage in meaningful conversations, and to prompt reflection on decisions they made, and on those they can make in their life.
