Play, Sense, Connect, Empower
9:00 AM - 10:30 AMAbstract
For too long we’ve journeyed away from the integration between the body, mind & spirit; believing that the mind was very separate. It’s time to journey back towards the understanding of the wholeness of our system (body, mind & spirit). From this platform we can support integration, aiding in the wellness for individuals, communities and the world.
Play, across cultures & history continues to be a place where integration richly ignites: feeling into our bodies, emotions & extending our imagination.
This workshop will dive deep into the foundational aspects of play &
development; before exploring the embodiment of playful integration. We will reflect on the physical, emotional & mental shifts that can open a path towards health & wellness. How can we inspire & share the richness of play & support individuals to feel empowered to take their own journey to wellness. Let’s take this journey together!
