Catherine is a seasoned leader with over 12 years of knowledge living in Northern Australia and over 25 years experience working in the Community Services sector, including not for profit Aboriginal Corporations, working towards Self determination and well being.
Currently General Manager at ALPA she works with teams across Arnhem Land to increase capability and capacity of communities. This has included the organisation creating sustainable businesses within the communities using natural resources.
Catherine strives on drive social impact and well being for Aboriginal people.

Dennis Fay, a proud Torres Strait Islander man with deep connections to his culture, is not only the founder of Salty Monkey's but also a talented entrepreneur dedicated to preserving nature while empowering his community.
In his spare time Dennis is an aviation fire fighter and a committed diver and adventurer.

Sharon Leyland is the Proprietor and Managing Director of the Xtreme Retail Group – 3 retail shops located side by side, occupying just over 500 sqm in the Karratha City shopping centre, Karratha. Xtreme Edge – surf shop, Xtreme Skate & Xtreme Sports. These shops offer customers a unique bricks & mortar experience with an expansive range of quality brands & products with excellent customer service. Seek, see, try, buy. Xtreme is a community conscious company employing over 35 staff and a proud supporter of multiple schools, community groups and sporting teams, and events. Sharon has lived, worked & raised her child in Karratha for 27 years. She has owned her business for 8 years.
